- The price quoted for our wedding car service includes ivory coloured ribbons and bows and silk flowers. Alternatively you are welcome to supply your own ribbons, bows if preferred.

A non-returnable deposit of £100 is payable at the time of booking. Wedding dates requested verbally or in writing are reserved for 7 days during which time we ask you to send a cheque (made out to Christina Cracknell to confirm your booking. The balance is payable by cheque four weeks prior to the wedding date and this sum is non-returnable. We will contact to remind you that the final payment is due.

   
- In most cases the deposit is non-returnable. We will, however, return £50 of the £100 deposit if a wedding is cancelled (or another date requested) at least four weeks prior to a wedding date AND we succeed in re-booking the date with another customer. (In such an event the £50 deposit retained is to offset our advertising and administration costs.) A cancellation must be made in writing (e-mail or letter). If you do not receive a reply from ourselves within 5 days confirming your cancellation please contact the company to ensure we have received your cancellation correspondence.
   
- For weddings booked more than 18 months in advance a non-returnable deposit of £40 secures the date, with a further deposit of £60 payable (ie £100 in total) 18 months before the wedding. We will contact to remind you that the second installment of the deposit is due. If a cancellation is made MORE than two years before a wedding date, £20 of the £40 deposit paid is returned (and in this case it is not dependant on the company re-booking the date.)
   
- For the consideration of other clients and the chauffeur smoking is not permitted in the vehicle.

In the very unlikely event that unforeseen circumstances dictate that the company is unable to complete the booking with the Beauford (for example, due to mechanical breakdown, accidents or extreme weather conditions) the company is unable to accept responsibility (and liability). The company would endeavour to offer the customer an equivalent style vehicle. If preferred (or if such a vehicle is unavailable) the client will receive a full refund of all monies paid.
