The under 9's go out with a bang!

Our Under's 9's team have just won jointly with Kings Lynn the Knockout Eastern Counties Trophy for the 2nd year running.

Peterborough Intermediates End the Season on a High, winning their last 4 games of the season on Sunday 20th March.

The Club extends its sincere thanks to all those players who were involved with the Intermediate side this year and especially to those players moving on to other Clubs and activities - Luke M, Peter C, Sofia H, Lucy C & Sergio H.

Note to all the above players leaving from The Peterborough RHC Coach Arthur Corr - A huge thank you is extended for all your efforts and commitment over the past years, it was much appreciated.

Centenary Roller Hockey Tournament

The NRHA is celebrating its 100th Anniverary and are staging an International Roller Hockey Tournament over the Easter weekend at Herne Bay. Dates are 10th/11th/12th April. Full details available via Ian or the NRHA website.

Xmas Break

The Club will be closed on the 26th December (thank goodness - I need the break!) and will re-commence on Friday 2nd January at 6pm (juniors) and 7.30pm (others).

Bushfield - Under 11's Tourney 6th Dec

Thank you to everyone that helped out at our local tournament. A word of thanks to all the skaters that attended, as boots had to be removed in the foyer section of the hall. Also, a thanks to those players who stepped up and played in the E/C Select team, it was appreciated.

Broomstick Challenge

Name & shame...

For the 3rd time this season, the tournament schedule to the visiting club has not been received.... and with less than 7 days before the tournament this just is not fair.

Is there something within the Eastern Couties Rules/constitution that states a match schedule has to be sent out 14 days prior to the tournament?

ROLLER HOCKEY BROOMSTICK CHALLENGE

Yep...... you've got it - it's going to be scarry, funny, challenging and most importantly, the Club needs to raise some money to buy some much needed goalkeeper equipment. So please get behind this real fun event and help your Roller Hockey Club go from strength to stength. We need all of your support.

The Sponsored Roller Broomstick Races will be held on Friday 7th November. Starting at 7.10pm and concluding about 7.45pm. All skaters that join the early session at 6pm will finish at 7.45pm and skaters who join the later session should be ready at 7.10pm.

There will be 4 teams which will run the Roller Broomstick Race comprising of 5-6 players on each side. Everyone will receive a fantastic Goody Bag or a special gift and the winning team will receive an extra lollypop! or something like that. So, all to play for.... get as many people to sponsor you as you can.
