M42-M40 towards London |

1. Leave M40 at Junction 14, sign-posted
Leamington Spa
2. Straight across mini roundabout at end of slip road
3. At next roundabout bear right on A4100 towards Banbury
4. After approx. 1 mile take 1st left sign-posted Bishops
Tachbrook
5. Drive through village to T junction
6. Turn left towards Leamington Spa with Leopard Pub on
your left
7. After half mile there is a big old red-brick barn on
the right
8. Turn right into drive immediately after barn
N.B There is a post box by the wall at the beginning of
the drive
From London on the M40
1. Leave M40 at Junction 13 sign-posted Leamington Spa &
Warwick
2. At end of (rather short) slip road turn left towards
Banbury
3. After quarter mile take first left sign-posted Bishops
Tachbrook
4. Follow Directions from No. 5 above
N.B. Following either of these directions, the route from
the M40 takes less than five minutes
From the M1
1. Leave M1 at Junction 16 and take A45 towards Daventry
2. Do not go into Daventry, follow the A425 towards Southam
3. At Southam continue on the A425 towards Leamington Spa
4. At a roundabout before Leamington turn left onto the
B4455 - The Fosse Way
5. Continue past a garage and under a railway bridge then
take the first right, sign-posted Warwick
6. Continue for 2 miles until you reach a staggered cross-road
7. Turn left onto the B4087, sign-posted Bishops Tachbrook
8. The first house on the left, after quarter of a mile,
is Tachbrook Mallory House - post box by wall at beginning
of drive.
N.B. This journey takes about 40 minutes from the M1
